Sergei Ivanov

Sergei Ivanov is founder/CEO of Alma, AI Powered Real Estate OS. Alma powers 1M+ m², operates in Cyprus and the UAE, and earned nods from Deloitte Fast 50 and Cyprus’s innovation ministry.

Earlier, at PE Fund, he led an elite cottage project and oversaw $75M+ in sales, modelling, and budgeting. At Wermuth Asset Management, he managed construction, finance, and sales for residential development projects.

Sergei holds a Master Degree in Quantitative Finance (Peking University HSBC) and a Civil Engineering degree (Moscow State Univ. of Civil Engineering). He’s active in EU and Middle East proptech and real-estate ecosystem development.
